Deliveries are made Monday through Friday with Purolator with the exception of statutory holidays. The shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our shipping points. Delivery times are approximate and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control. Delivery times do not include order processing time. (1 to 2 working days). Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during payment, before finalizing your order. Shipping is free for all orders of $ 50 or more before taxes shipped to Canada. *

Each order is delivered to the address indicated. Following your purchase, an email will be sent to you to confirm your order and your address.

If you see an error or if you wish to make a change, please contact our online sales department at mentioning your order number and we will be happy to make the desired corrections.


Dunlop products are warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects with normal use only.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, poor maintenance, negligence;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • The normal and natural aging of the materials used in the manufacture of the boot.

** Slight variations in color and / or texture are inherent to the material. They represent a distinguishing characteristic of this material and are not considered to be a defect.

All claims must be made to the dealer where the pair of boots was purchased, with original proof of purchase. The latter will apply its own repair, return and / or exchange policy.


Only products purchased from an AUTHORIZED retailer or on are guaranteed by Régence. By UNAUTHORIZED retailer, we include clearance centers, flea markets, online shopping on auction websites, classified ads or any other unauthorized reseller. For this reason, proof of purchase must accompany each claim.


In the case of a product purchased on the transactional site, the same 6-month warranty applies.

Items 50% off and above are a final sale and no exchange or refund is possible.

Once your request is processed, someone will contact you. The product will either be repaired, replaced or refunded, at our discretion.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process your request, depending on the time of year.
