Returns Exchanges

Products purchased on dfootwear.ca

All products bought on dfootwear.ca can be returned or exchange within 30 days of placing your order. Your product must be in original and unworn condition and must be sent back in their original packaging in new condition in order to get a reimbursement or an exchange.

Holiday season & Christmas gift return window : 30 days 60 days (November & December only).

Claims should be submitted as follows:

  • Use the pre-authorized return label inserted in your original shipment and drop you package off at the mentioned carrier. Note that returns are free.

AND

  • Send an e-mail to info@dfootwear.ca
  • Your e-mail must include the following information:
    • First name
    • Second name
    • Product number (see product label or packaging)
    • Product name
    • Size
    • Product picture and its defect (only if defective)
    • Order number

Please allow around 15 days for returns/exchanges processing to be completed and for the reimbursement to be issued or the exchange to be sent. When the return/exchange is processed, you will receive an email to notify you. Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment, upon receipt and inspection of returned goods. I

TEMS AT 50% OFF AND MORE ARE CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE AND NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ARE POSSIBLE.

Products purchased from a retailer

If the product was purchased from one of our retailers, please return the product to them with proof of purchase. They will apply its return and / or exchange policy.

For online product purchases through dfootwear.ca, the same 6-month warranty applies.
